Summer Guided Meditation Workshop ~ June 21st

At Hot Yoga Tacoma it is never too late to begin your journey into a healthier body and more peaceful state of being. Our Yoga studio is open to all levels, ages, and body types. You can start on any day, at any class that best fits your schedule. All classes are open to beginners. No prior Hot Yoga experience is needed.

We offer 75 minute & 90 minute Hot Yoga classes in the Hatha Yoga style. We also offer workshops featuring Guided Meditations, Yoga for Runners, Yin Yoga, and other Yoga related topics. Sign up below to receive our email notifications.

While at our studio you will enjoy Hot Hatha Yoga in a calm, non-competitive, spacious, and very clean environment. We provide large private showers in separate changing rooms for women and men.

The class is an exhilarating yoga practice of basic yoga poses done in a heated room to help the muscles stretch safely and purify the body through sweating. Regular Hot Yoga practice stimulates and balances the endocrine, nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems. It also alleviates pain and symptoms of chronic illness while increasing strength, stamina and flexibility.
